What We’re Looking For
4–8 years’ experience in management consulting within the financial services sector (banking and/or insurance)
Proven track record of driving and delivering strategy and transformation initiatives in financial services
Experience leading client engagements, as either project lead or stream lead
Full professional fluency in Swedish and English
Relevant university degree, preferably in business or engineering

About Newground
The Newground alliance began with a simple belief. Experienced consultants should be able to build firms around true specialization, without choosing between focus and scale.
In 2014, four management consultants shaped the ideas for building something different. Drawing on their experience building consultancies, their ambition was to create an environment where the principles of consulting done right could take shape, guided by deep expertise, long-term relationships, and professional pride.
From the outset, the goal was not to build a single firm. The founders believed the strongest companies are built around clear niches and entrepreneurial teams.
