In August 2027, Influence Tech will once again run its graduate program Bloom together with our Newground Alliance consulting company partners. The program will kick-start your career and give you the right conditions to grow into a great tech management consultant. You will get the opportunity to support real project deliverables, engage directly with clients, and explore how technology can enable business value.
As part of Bloom, you will also become part of a group of graduates from across our different companies. You’ll have the opportunity to build your network, learn from people with different backgrounds and perspectives, and grow together throughout the program.

Who are we looking for?
As a management consultant at Influence Tech, you will work at the intersection of technology, people, and business. We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, and enjoys solving complex problems together with others.
You are analytical and collaborative, take initiative, and are comfortable asking questions and learning along the way. You are ambitious and eager to develop, with the opportunity to grow into a well-rounded tech management consultant and take on responsibility for larger and more complex client projects.
You have a higher education at master’s level and communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

About Newground
Newground began with a simple belief. Experienced consultants should be able to build firms around true specialization, without choosing between focus and scale.
In 2014, four management consultants shaped the ideas for building something different. Drawing on their experience building consultancies, their ambition was to create an environment where the principles of consulting done right could take shape, guided by deep expertise, long-term relationships, and professional pride.
From the outset, the goal was not to build a single firm. The founders believed the strongest companies are built around clear niches and entrepreneurial teams. Instead of consolidating into one organization, they created a structure where specialist firms remain autonomous while benefiting from shared infrastructure, long-term capital, and aligned ownership, with expertise close to decisions and clear accountability across the alliance.
